If you've ever found yourself thinking,
"Why can't I just get this under control?"
You're not alone, and it's not about willpower.
Let me guess...
You work out. You care about your health. You listen to the podcasts and mostly have it together.
But alcohol is the one area that feels… off.
Maybe you’ve said, “I’ll just have one,” or “This time will be different,” only to end the weekend feeling familiar regret, guilt, or exhaustion.
You might not drink every day, but the social binges, “taking the edge off,” and moderation loop are wearing you down more than you admit.
This workbook is for you if…
You’re a social or binge drinker who doesn’t identify as an “alcoholic,” but you know alcohol isn’t really supporting you anymore.
You care about your health and growth yet feel stuck in the moderation loop.
You want alcohol to be small and insignificant and not the thing quietly draining your energy, confidence, and mornings.
You’re craving more clarity, vibrancy, and follow-through in your everyday life.
No labels. No all-or-nothing rules. Just honest reflection, nervous-system-aware questions, and space to listen to yourself.
Notice the patterns that leave you drained, regretful, or stuck in “I’ll start Monday” mode without shame or labels.
Learn simple ways to support your nervous system, calm your mind, and feel good in your body so you’re not relying on a drink to unwind.
Alcohol may be quietly draining your energy, sleep, focus, confidence, and clarity. Start making choices that support your long-term health and highest potential.

I’m Chrissy Janiga, a mom, a sober coach, licensed social worker, and author of Soul-Led Sobriety. For years I was the “healthy” social drinker—working out, doing the personal development, showing up for everyone, while secretly stuck in the same moderation loop of weekend bingeing, hangxiety, and broken promises to myself.
My awakening started when I finally listened to the quiet voice in my body that kept saying, “Alcohol is keeping you small. There’s more for you than this.” I didn’t hit rock bottom; I chose to walk away from something that looked normal on the outside but was numbing my intuition, draining my energy, and dimming the life I knew I was meant to live.
Letting go of alcohol became my awakening because it wasn’t just about removing alcohol, it was about coming home to myself. When I stopped drinking, my intuition got louder, my nervous system calmed, and I started creating a life that feels deeply aligned, spiritual, and joy-filled. Now I help other women do the same: break free from alcohol and step into the version of themselves they were always meant to be. 💜
